Charles and Linda Speer reside in Little Rock, Arkansas, and are members of the Church at Rock Creek. Charles retired after 40 years in law enforcement and Linda is a retired secretary. Charles is a Certified Religious Assistant (CRA), a volunteer position, in the Arkansas Department of Corrections and teaches in the Principles Applied to Life (PAL) Program at the Barbara Ester Unit in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Linda teaches Embracing Purpose to female inmates at the Pulaski County Detention Facility. The Speers facilitate seminars in correctional institutions in Arkansas, Florida, and the Federal Medical Center in Ft. Woth, Texas. They have also ministered to inmates in Michigan, Kentucky, and Alaska.
